A construction and equipment rental business in Ghana needed an end-to-end digital solution to manage 100+ heavy-duty machines across multiple sites. We designed and built the full IT infrastructure — servers, cloud hosting, network — alongside a rental management system covering fleet tracking, digital job-card processing, contract generation, invoicing, maintenance scheduling, and real-time equipment availability dashboards accessible from the field.
An energy and petroleum company in Ghana needed to move beyond spreadsheets and manual logs for managing fuel shots, stock levels, deliveries, and operational reporting. We built a bespoke Shot Management System integrated into a full ERP — covering procurement, inventory, sales, finance, HR payroll, and executive dashboards for real-time operational and managerial decision-making across the entire business.
A growing logistics and haulage company in Ghana was losing visibility over fuel consumption, truck assignments, trip records, and driver accountability. We built an integrated Haulage Management System covering trip scheduling, driver management, fuel issuance tracking per vehicle, route optimisation, automated reporting, and preventive maintenance alerts — significantly reducing fuel leakage and improving fleet utilisation.
Designed and built for organisations scaling their workforce in Ghana and the UK, this HR platform covers the full employee lifecycle — recruitment pipelines, onboarding, attendance tracking, leave management, performance appraisals, and automated payroll with Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) tax computation. Multi-department, multi-role, accessible from any device. Clients include businesses in Accra and the UK.
A fast-growing fintech operating across Ghana and the UK was operating with critical security gaps — exposed APIs, no MFA, and unencrypted customer data. We performed a full penetration test, remediated 23 critical vulnerabilities, redesigned the network with zero-trust architecture, implemented a SIEM, built an incident response playbook, and guided the organisation to ISO 27001 certification within 8 months.
Deployed across clinics, corporate offices, and schools in Ghana and Belgium, this reception management platform replaces paper visitor books and manual queues. Features include digital check-in (QR or ID), appointment scheduling, real-time staff notifications, visitor badge printing, wait-time tracking, and admin dashboards with daily/weekly footfall reports.
Multiple clinics in Ghana were struggling to track patient test requests, manage sample collection, record diagnostic results, and communicate findings to patients and referring doctors in a timely manner. We developed a full Diagnostic Lab Management Application that digitises the entire lab workflow — from test request to result dispatch — with automated SMS and WhatsApp notifications to patients when results are ready, and a clinical dashboard for lab managers.
A suite of web and digital products delivered for retail, hospitality, church, and clinic clients across Ghana and the UK — cloud-connected POS systems with Paystack/mobile money integration, QR-code checkout and receipt printing; Progressive Web Apps for churches and events with member portals, giving management, and announcement broadcasts; appointment booking platforms for clinics and service businesses with SMS reminders and calendar sync.
An NGO partner needed a structured, accessible digital literacy programme for young people in underserved Accra communities. Digich.org designed the full curriculum, built an offline-capable Learning Management System with gamified modules (basic computing, internet safety, intro to coding), trained community facilitators, and delivered progress dashboards for coordinators — all at zero licensing cost to the organisation.
